(AGC) and Arcata Graphics/Hawkins, a division of Arcata Graphics Kingsport, Inc. (Kingsport), in their capacity as counter-defendants,
appeal from the judgment entered on the jury verdict which awarded counter-plaintiffs, Harris and Heidelbert Harris, S.A.
(Harris S.A.) 1 $1,151,000.00. The instant suit arose from Harris' sale of two large printing presses to Hawkins in early 1987. The presses, known as M-300Ms,
were manufactured by Harris S.A. and were installed at Hawkins in the spring of 1988.
